The ser//VICE project is about showcasing hospitality. Not the restaurateurs, the managers, or the usual faces we see published. ser//VICE is about the faces we don't see. This project seeks to shine a light on those who work in the trenches day in and day out ensuring that exceptional food and drinks are being served to the masses. With this project I aim to put a spotlight on the people that are necessary to a great service, those that live on hospitality, where their vice is seeing people happy and with full stomachs because every restaurant, every bar, is nothing without an amazing team. ser//VICE is an ongoing project and I will be updating this page
